Named MVP in the fourth final after leading the Jayhawks to the men’s National Basketball Association’s fourth national championship, Ochai Agbaji has announced the 2022 NBA draft. Advertise on social media Sunday.
‘How did it make you feel?’ This question has probably been asked a thousand times since we won the national championship,” Agbaji wrote in his message. And though I am not sure I have found the right words to accurately describe the joy and surreal nature of that moment, I know this very much: I will never tire of talking about it.
“From start to finish, I felt like this entire season had been written. A season I will remember forever. A season I will never take for granted. … No matter where basketball takes me – I will always be Jihawk.”

Agbaji, the 12th Player of the Year, is expected to finish 16th in the latest mock draft by ESPN’s Jonathan Givoni and Mike Schmitz.
The 6-foot-5 Agbaji has averaged 18.8 points per game this season for the Jayhawks, who made a historic comeback against North Carolina in the national title game.
Agbaji was also one of the finalists for the Wooden Award.
