A trick shot would be needed to get the Porsche 911 GT2 RS off a golf course

We’ve seen some weird accidents involving high-powered sports cars and supercars over the years but this case involving the Porsche 911 GT2 RS is a little weirder than most.

This special video was recently filmed in Mexico and shows a white 911 GT2 RS stuck in a basement on a golf course. Yes, hidden in what appears to be a very nice golf course.

It looks as if the 911 owner was attending a car event on the golf course when they veered off the fairway and somehow ended up in a basement. We have no idea how that happened but apparently the driver didn’t know the bunker was there until the front half of the GT2 RS was installed in the sand.

Fortunately, the car may not have sustained any damage. For the golfers already playing on this course, hopefully the Porsche driver will do a good job smashing the dugout after such a massive failure.

That’s far from the only accident we’re aware of regarding the 991-generation 911 GT2 RS. In April 2018, a bright green example suffered extensive damage after crashing at the Nürburgring just three days after the owner received its keys. In December 2019, a red 911 GT2 RS crashed in the UK just minutes after being driven off the showroom floor.
