American tennis darling Coco Gauff has seen her stock skyroar in the tennis world, and now the 18-year-old is building value in the world of digital assets.
Gauff would make an impressive second place at Roland Garros, reaching the final without dropping a set. The Atlanta native has become one of the most famous and admired players on the WTA Tour, which led to her having her own NFT kit by Autograph.
Autograph is an NFT platform that brings together the most iconic brands and legendary names in sports, entertainment and culture to create unique digital collections and experiences for users around the world. Co-founded by NFL star Tom Brady, the company has already brokered deals with several superstars including Naomi Osaka, Usain Bolt and Tiger Woods.
The NFT’s Gauff collection is complete, and the company released the announcement on Instagram, with the caption, “The future is Coco Gauff. The first Coco Gauff NFTs available today at 3 PM ET.”
Gauff will join Osaka and Serena Williams as the top female tennis players with their own NFT kits. Although not signed with Autograph, Williams has been in the NFT game since the start of 2022.
