Dan Tolsman scoffed at the idea that OG Anunoby was unhappy with his role in the Toronto Raptors.

“Not at all,” the Raptors assistant general manager said Wednesday afternoon. “These kinds of discussions and feelings are a little higher than my salary, but I can tell you from my seat, yeah, it’s definitely something I have no comment on, because I don’t see any reason why any of this is real.”
This was the organization’s first comment since Bleacher Report’s Jake Fisher suggested he had heard that Anonobi was upset with rival organizations.

“Two sources familiar with the dynamic told B/R that Anunoby did not directly express his dissatisfaction with his situation with the Raptors. The conversation around him may have been driven by outside interest in acquiring the striker’s services for the fifth year,” Fisher reported. .
Anunoby’s name has reportedly been brought up by other front desks, but Toronto has shown no interest in trading the 6-foot-7 forward this summer. Raptors president Masai Ujiri said he plans to keep the roster intact for next year and will use the mid-level exception to make small moves to improve the team.
