Liverpool and Bayern Munich are still in negotiations over Sadio Mane.
The Bundesliga team has now seen two offers rejected by Liverpool with the second offer being considered ‘laughable’ by Anfield officials.
Despite this, there is hope from both the German club and Mane’s representatives that an agreement can be reached.
Previous reports claimed that before any deal could be made, Liverpool would need a suitable replacement.
Now, it looks like Liverpool did just that.
According to numerous reports, Liverpool are finalizing Darwin Nunez’s transfer deal.

Football transfers have revealed that Darwin Nunez is set to become Liverpool’s top earner after his transfer is complete.
According to their report, you will earn Nunez “North 250,000 euros per week” in Liverpool.
This would put him ahead of the likes of Virgil van Dijk (£220,000), Thiago Alcantara (£200,000) and Mohamed Salah (£200,000).
The report says this has yet to be confirmed but it is hard to imagine Nunez entering to be the biggest earner right away as Liverpool struggle to retain their biggest talent.
