Over the years, a number of entities have fallen prey to Navratilova’s wrath. The latest addition to the list is the selection of directors/directors who turned down the cast for ridiculous reasons.

Martina Navratilova is angry at the choice of director
Martina Navratilova is one of the most active social media users. Especially on Twitter. The former world number one is using her Twitter handle to showcase her powerful views to the world.
Although she does not present herself as a critic, she does show her approval or disagreement with the subjects in question. Scrolling through her Twitter feed, Navratilova recently came across a tweet from American entertainment media company BuzzFeed.
The tweet Celebrities like Zoe Kravitz, Tom Holland, Robin Williams, and Andrey Garfield have come forward talking about their experience turning down roles in films for ridiculous reasons. The tweet called out significant criticism of the directors. Among the many critical users was tennis legend Martina Navratilova. Going to her user handle, she blatantly advocated the selection of these directors, calling them “idiots”.
And she wrote, retweeting a BuzzFeed tweet, “Jesus… who are these idiots?!?”

Digging deeper in a BuzzFeed tweet, Zoe Kravitz spoke about her experience while auditioning for The Dark Knight Rises. The Batman actress confirmed that she was said to be too “urban” for the role. Andre Garfield had a similar story. While auditioning for Prince Caspian in The Chronicles of Narnia, he was told that he was not “handsome enough”.
