Brad Pitt wore a skirt on the ‘Bullet Train’ red carpet in Berlin to feel ‘the breeze’

Brad Pitt says his choice to wear a skirt on the red carpet for the premiere of “Bullet Train” in Berlin was less of a fashion statement and more about beating the sweltering European heatwave.

“What was the reason you chose a kilt tonight?” The Associated press Pitt asked.

“The breeze,” Pitt replied with a smile.

The 58-year-old actor wore a matching brown linen blazer with a tattered hem to complement his knee-length skirt.

As Pitt looked completely comfortable with her outfit, social media was exploding with comments.

A pair of chains stuck out from the open collar of his baggy salmon button-down shirt.

He pulled together his entire ensemble with a pair of chunky black cargo boots, tortoiseshell sunglasses and a few finger rings.

The ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ star wore his signature blonde hair tousled to the side and was mostly clean-shaven save for a stubble goatee.

“The number of people who lost their minds because Brad Pitt wore a skirt to a premiere and said they didn’t respect him anymore probably can’t remember the 90s,” Twitter user @deirdrestatham wrote to alongside a collage of photos of the Tinseltown star wearing various colorful dresses.

“I imagine social media will be extremely quiet about Brad Pitt wearing a skirt to a movie premiere, but I’ll say right now I love it,” @MhairiHunter wrote.

Another user wrote, “Brad Pitt normalizes men wearing skirts on his latest red carpet. Cheers Brad.”

One social media user was a little confused, writing, “Brad Pitt wears a skirt on the red carpet and I officially give up trying to make sense of what’s going on.”

Another Twitter fan added some fashion comments.

“Brad Pitt wore a skirt in public and guys pop a joint ‘You can’t call it a skirt. IT’S A KILT!” For your information, just because a guy is wearing a skirt doesn’t mean it’s a kilt. A kilt is a specific type of skirt. And that brown piece of cloth he wore Not a kilt.”

Her outfits at the European press tour for her latest film caught the eye of fans who celebrated her sense of style and playful approach.

Pitt rocked a sherbet-colored suit in Paris over the weekend as he posed under the Eiffel Tower.

He stuck with the pastel palette for another photo call with his co-stars in Germany and wore a blush-toned cardigan with matching pants.

“Bullet Train,” which also stars Sandra Bullock, Joey King, Zazie Beetz and Bad Bunny, follows five assassins who have all been assigned separate but connected missions. Pitt stars as “Ladybug”, an unlucky hitman determined to do his job well.

The Sony Pictures production will hit theaters on August 5.
