Malia Obama was spotted showing off her athletic physique as she stepped out for a workout near her home in California a few weeks after celebrating her 24th birthday.

Former President Barack Obama’s eldest daughter wore a black long sleeve top with matching black yoga pants, black and white sneakers and sunglasses draped over her head.

Malia, 24, walked out with a friend on Saturday morning as they carried their mobile phones and canned drinks to help beat back the 90 degrees in Brentwood.

While Malia works as a screenwriter, her younger sister, Sasha, 21, is also building her own life in Los Angeles – reportedly studying at the University of Southern California after transferring from the University of Michigan.

The two sisters were spotted together, along with Sasha’s boyfriend Clifton Powell Jr., 24, who is the son of actor Ray Clifton Powell.

Malia’s relationship status is unclear following her move to Los Angeles. She started dating Rory Farquharson – the son of Insight Investment Management Limited chief executive Charles – in 2017, when they were both students at Harvard University.

However, it is unknown if she and Rory are still together, as she has never publicly discussed his relationship status.
