Annual Jerusalem arts and crafts event kicks off in mid-August
Jerusalem’s long-running arts, crafts and music festival, Hutzot Hayotzer, kicks off August 15-27, for the 46th year.
Booths, workshops and nightly performances are set up in Mitchell Park and Sultan’s Pool – outdoor spaces and a performance hall below the walls of the Old City.
The annual festival opens each evening at 6 p.m., with musical performances each night by Israeli singers and pop stars.
The event includes arts and crafts stalls set up by local and guest artists, as well as art workshops, street theater performances by a circus company and food stations .
There are also concerts every night from Israeli artists such as Sarit Haddad and Kobi Peretz (August 15), Aviv Geffen hosting Natasha’s Friends (August 18), Noga Erez (August 23) and Danny Sanderson (August 24).

Tickets are available for purchase online, which include entry to the craft fair and evening show (120 NIS for an adult), or tickets for entry to the craft fair only (30 NIS for an adult). adult).
