Shanna Moakler is visited by the police for “domestic disturbances”
Shanna Moakler and her recurring boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau, received another visit from police on Thursday.
One of Moakler’s daughters called 911 to report a “domestic disturbance” and that Rondeau was yelling at her mother, TMZ reported.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that Moakler, 47, and Rondeau, 30, answered the door wearing “skinny clothing”, although photos show the former Playboy model wearing an oversized t-shirt and comfortable joggers.
Officers at the scene separated the couple and received the same story in that they had not fought. Cops saw no signs of a mess and also didn’t notice any bruises on either party’s body.
The girl who made the call was not home and sources told the site it may have been a bad phone game.
Representatives for Moakler and Rondeau did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
Earlier this week, Rondeau pleaded not guilty to multiple domestic violence charges stemming from a February altercation involving Moakler.
The Los Angeles City Attorney charged the male model with misdemeanor domestic violence, assault and vandalism, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, but a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.
Moakler told TMZ that she declined to pursue any legal action against her boyfriend.
“I’m not complaining. I hope the city attorney will respect my wishes and drop everything as well,” she said. “I will support Matthew 100%. It has changed our lives enough. We both learned from this experience that we never wanted to be made public, and we would like to move forward in a positive and peaceful way.
