Banana, strawberries and coconut water smoothie

The banana, strawberries and coconut water smoothie is perfect to fill up on vitamins and refresh. It brings a boost for the rest of the day and helps to fulfill part of the objective of 5 fruits and vegetables per day! Coconut water has energizing properties in addition to being a very effective moisturizer!

Ingredients :

  • 180g strawberries
  • 1 banana (quite large)
  • 4 cl coconut water

Steps :

1. First, wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them in half.

2. Peel and cut the banana into slices.

3. Place all the ingredients in a blender then blend for 10 seconds at maximum power. You can add a few ice cubes for more freshness! Pour your banana, strawberries and coconut water smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
