Beet avocado sandwich

Sandwiches are often eaten during a picnic, a trip or simply when we want to eat quickly. It also comes in different forms, with different breads and different toppings, each as varied as the next. The simple buttered ham does indeed have competition! Check out a rather refreshing beet avocado sandwich below.

Ingredients :

For 2 people

  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread (or rye bread)
  • 50g fresh cheese
  • 1 cooked beet
  • 1 avocado
  • A handful of arugula

Steps :

1. Cut your beet into thin slices and do the same with the avocado.

2. Spread the cream cheese on each slice of bread. Arrange the beet slices, then the avocado slices. Finish with the rocket leaves.

3. Close your sandwich by pressing well on the top. Cut it in half diagonally if you want to form triangle sandwiches.

4. Wrap your beet avocado sandwich in aluminum foil or a bee wrap . Finally, book in the fridge until it’s time to take it away!
