Breaded shrimp

Enjoy this pretty breaded shrimp recipe which is both melting and crispy. In addition, they are easy and quick to make in addition to being very incredibly tasty.

Ingredients :

  • 400 g prawns
  • 200g plain corn flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bowl of flour
  • 1 C. garlic powder
  • 1 C. paprika _
  • Salt pepper

Steps :

1. To start, shell the shrimp by removing just the head part and leaving the tail.

2. Prepare the breadcrumbs. To do this, roughly crush the cornflakes, then add the garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix.

3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.

4. On your work surface, place a deep plate of flour, your bowl of eggs and your bowl of breadcrumbs.

5. First dip a shrimp in the flour, then in the egg and finish with the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until you run out of prawns.

6. Fill your deep fryer or skillet with oil and fry the prawns for about 4 minutes. Take them out and place them on absorbent paper.

Enjoy your breaded prawns while they are still hot!
