Broccoli Clafoutis

The broccoli clafoutis can be eaten both hot and cold! It will be perfect as a starter or main course because of its lightness and melt-in-the-mouth. You can optionally add a few diced ham or cheese to bring additional flavors. It’s your turn !

Ingredients :

  • 750g broccoli
  • 30 cl of milk
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 25g grated cheese
  • 20g butter

Steps :

1. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets, then cook them for 5 minutes in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and reserve.

2. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and egg yolks with the milk and cream. Salt, pepper to your liking.

4. Butter the ramekins or your dish, then distribute the broccoli florets in them. Pour in your flan mixture and finish by sprinkling with grated cheese.

5. Bake for 30 minutes.

Your broccoli clafoutis is ready!
