Cherry crumble

The crumble is an essential dessert of French cuisine. It is also available endlessly with your favorite fruits! Be careful, however, to create the right alliances if you decide to mix two fruits. The cherry crumble offers a melting, crispy and ultra tasty dessert!

Ingredients :

  • 400g cherries
  • 120g flour
  • 90g butter
  • 70g caster sugar (or brown sugar)

Steps :

1. First, rinse and pit the cherries by cutting them in half. Arrange them in a greased baking dish.

2. Next, make the crumble. To do this, add the sugar to the butter, then add the flour. Crumble with your fingers to create coarse sand. You can optionally add a little cinnamon.

3. Arrange the cherries in the bottom of the dish and spread the crumble on top.

4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Let your cherry crumble cool before eating it!
