For an easy recipe to prepare and above all ultra fast, opt for the chicken with candied tomatoes! The flavors will be exalted during cooking, mixing and thus releasing incredible smells which will be the harbingers of an absolutely divine meal.
For 4 people
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 kg of tomatoes cherry
- 1 head of garlic
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- Fresh basilic
- Salt pepper
1. First, rinse the cherry tomatoes and then cut them in half.
2. Peel the garlic cloves and also cut them in half.
3. In a large baking dish, pour a trickle of water in the bottom before placing the chicken thighs, tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with about 6 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with thyme. Finish by adding the basil leaves.
4. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Baste the chicken and tomatoes occasionally with the juices in the bottom of the dish.
Serve your chicken with candied tomatoes with rice or spaghetti for example!
