Chocolate and raspberry fondant

The combination of chocolate and raspberry is loved by many of us. It is for this reason that we offer you the recipe for chocolate and raspberry fondant which will offer you beautiful flavors for a snack that is both gourmet and fruity!

Ingredients :

  • 200g chocolate
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 4 tbsp. T45 flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g raspberries

Steps :

1. Preheat your oven to 170°C

2. Separate the white from the yolks, then beat the egg whites.

3. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.

4. Add the egg yolks and whisk briskly.

5. Add the sugar and the flour and mix. Then gently fold in the egg whites without breaking them.

6. Butter and flour a mold before pouring your batter into it. Push in some raspberries.

7. Bake for 15 minutes. When your chocolate and raspberry fondant is cooked, let it cool before unmolding it!
