Chocolate filled pancakes are simply irresistible! For breakfast or for a snack, young and old will be delighted to be able to devour them. Plus, they’re even better when they’re still a little warm! You can prepare the dough several minutes or even hours in advance, if you want to organize yourself easily.
For 4 people
- 250g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 50g butter
- 40 cl whole milk
- 75g sugar
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Spreadable paste
1. In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder, then add the sugar and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs. Pour the melted butter with a little milk. Then whisk starting from the center and gradually incorporating the flour present on the edges.
3. Pour the milk in several times and whisk until the batter is smooth and homogeneous. Ideally let it sit for about 15 minutes. Otherwise, proceed to the next step directly.
4. Butter a hot non-stick pan, then drop in half a ladle of pancake batter. Cook for a minute before placing a teaspoon of spread in the center. Cover the surface with a little more dough. When bubbles form, it means it’s time to flip it! Then renew the cooking for 2 minutes on the other side. Continue until the dough is used up.
Your filled pancakes are ready!
