The Mimosa cocktail is traditionally served during brunch, but nothing prevents you from enjoying it as an aperitif! It requires very few ingredients, so go ahead and tantalize your guests’ taste buds. Opt for freshly squeezed oranges for an even better result!
For 1 person
- 10 cl of champagne or sparkling white wine
- 6 cl orange juice (equivalent to one orange)
1. If you have opted for fresh oranges, squeeze them then pour 6 cl into each cup.
2. Then pour the champagne over it. That’s it, you’re done, your mimosa cocktail is already ready!
You can take an extra orange to create small decorative wedges on the edge of the glass.
