Savory cake with zucchini, ham, olives and cheese

The savory cake with zucchini, ham, olives and cheese can be enjoyed as an aperitif, as a starter or as a main course accompanied by a green salad. Light and tasty, it will satisfy your taste buds whether you have a little or a big hunger!

Ingredients :

  • 200  g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of chemical yeast
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 15 cl of oil
  • 150  g gruyère (or other grated cheese)
  • 150  g diced ham
  • 2  zucchini
  • A handful of green olives
  • Salt pepper

Steps :

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Peel the courgettes, then cut them into small cubes. Brown them for a few minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil so that they color slightly.

3. In the meantime, mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the eggs, then the milk. Mix well and pour in the oil, the ham, the gruyère as well as the zucchini and the olives previously cut in half. Salt and pepper your preparation.

4. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.Your savory zucchini, ham, olive and cheese cake is ready!
