Yogurt and raspberry ice cream

The heat is back and the desire to eat ice cream is felt. So, to change sorbets, enjoy yogurt and raspberry ice creams that will refresh your taste buds! This quick-to-prepare recipe is fun to eat.

Ingredients :

  • 500g stirred yoghurt
  • 200g raspberries
  • 50g caster sugar

Steps :

1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar, then add the raspberries, stirring gently so they don’t crush too much.

2. Fill the ice cream molds as below. You can also fill the container you want and plant a stick.

3. Keep everything in the freezer overnight at least, then enjoy your delicious yogurt and raspberry ice cream!
